Image resolution is measured in "dpi" (dots per inch). A digital image is made up of many tiny, colored dots called pixels. A higher amount of dots per inch makes an image more crisp and clear. If we receive an image with a lower resolution, we cannot simply enlarge the image, because the "dots" become larger to fill the increased space. It's easier just to show you an example.

  Simply reply to your order confirmation email with the images attached.  Please indicate what products each image is for.  Also, let us know on which side the image(s) will be placed for each mug in your order.
